We want you to get the care you deserve.
Transforming Mental Healthcare
We are a small team of masters-level counselors who provide quality mental health care. Our mental health collaborative assists clients by providing individual and family therapy, group therapy, and therapeutic gardening classes. We connect our clients with a clinician who can meet their needs and is available in-person.
A modern approach
It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized suggestions on who from our team is the best match. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our client’s needs.
Our rates
Individual Talk Therapy

Therapeutic Gardening
Therapeutic gardening incorporates the senses of smell, touch, and sight to induce mindfulness with nature. Learn where your food comes from and how to grow it. This type of therapeutic exercise can decrease anxiety, improve depression, increase confidence, create enhanced relationships, and improve physical health.
