What is Group Therapy?

Group Therapy is the treatment of multiple clients seeking the same treatment at once, led by one or more clinicians, where connection with each other helps facilitate growth and/or healing.

Some groups’ purpose is just to support each other, other groups are designed to learn about mental health subjects, and other groups exist to learn and practice skills, usually related to mental health.

Exchange Rate:

All group sessions are $40 per session (between 45-90 minutes, depending on group), except for the Teen Support Group, which has no cost.

Please fill out the Group Therapy Selection Form if you are interested in attending a group. This is required to be considered for closed groups.
